Behavioral Health Services

Individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and strength-based treatment planning.

We support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and co-occurring disorders.

 

Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP)

Structured, multi-day therapeutic programming for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy but do not require residential care.

 

SAIOP includes:

  • Group therapy

  • Individual counseling

  • Relapse prevention

  • Drug screening and accountability

  • Case management support

 

Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT)

A higher-intensity outpatient program designed for individuals requiring structured, consistent clinical engagement without inpatient admission.

 

SACOT provides:

  • Intensive therapeutic hours per week

  • Individual and group counseling

  • Recovery planning

  • Monitoring and accountability

  • Coordinated care support

Peer Support Services

Certified Peer Support Specialists provide lived-experience guidance, recovery coaching, accountability, and connection to community resources.

Peer Support bridges the gap between clinical treatment and real-life application — offering encouragement from someone who understands.

The BREATHE Program

A 12-month, comprehensive recovery support program designed to assist individuals navigating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges.

 

BREATHE integrates:

  • Enhanced case management

  • Behavioral health services

  • Recovery housing support

  • HIV prevention and intervention services

  • Long-term stability planning

This program is designed to close gaps in care and promote equity in recovery outcomes.
